Therapy Cards
Therapy Cards are designed for patients who are motivated and committed to their personal development work. They can help you reduce fees for weekly attendance after Assessment is completed and cards have 2 weeks of attendance flexibility. New card purchases also come with a free Therapy Journal.
Therapy Cards must be approved before each purchase and are payable by electronic payment*a minimum of 7 days before the first session of the card's use. Therapy Cards are virtual and details are sent by email.
Please read the Terms and Conditions below before requesting a new or replacement Therapy Card. Attendance terms also apply to every ten sessions of any older Therapy Cards that are already issued.

Therapy Card Terms and Conditions:
Therapy Cards are only available after Assessment is completed.
These Terms and Conditions may change at any time
Each new Therapy Card must be requested before purchase. You should not send payment for a Therapy card until it has been discussed and approved.
All cards can only be purchased7 daysbefore the next session is booked. Cards are issued as 'virtual' and details sent by email with their expiry date.
Reviews and Agreement: You must complete your first review of therapy, which is mandatory at session 20, before requesting a new Therapy Card or continuing beyond session 25. Therapy Cards are not issued to patients who have breached our Agreement or who routinely ignore emails sent to them.
Attendance: Therapy Cards are only available to patients attending weekly on Regular Attendance, a condition of which is responding within 24 hours to all emails sent to you (see Agreement menu). If you have breaks, courses, activities or holidays planned that mean you will have to cancel or skip more than 2 sessions then a Therapy Card is not appropriate or economical.
Online or In-person attendance: if you intend to attend sessions both online and in-person then your Therapy Card is purchased at the in-person fee.
The same appointment day and time each week is possible only when diary space allows
Changing Appointments: You can do any combination listed below for up to 2 appointment changes:
Swapping:with more than 10 days notice you can reschedule up to 2 appointments if diary space permits on the same week of each appointment
OR with more than 24 hours notice:
Extensions: you can extend your Therapy Card by up to 2 weeks in order to skip two sessions by paying a 50% Extension Fee for each skipped session (50% of the standard session fee i.e. £40 individuals/ £60 couples, by your usual payment method)
OR
Deductions: if you are skipping 2 weeks you can deduct the final (free) session from your Therapy Card in lieu of paying two 50% extension fees
OR
Conversions: convert up to 2 sessions to complimentary Supplementary Support
compSS is issued only if Supplementary Support Terms and Conditions have been respected in the past
Therapy Card expiry dates may change to reflect the conversion of any session or any extended weeks.

Therapy Cards are not transferrable. They may only be used for online and in-person personal development sessions and up to 120 minutes of Supplementary Support. They cannot be used for other services such as written work, consultation or audio work.
Extra Sessions: Where diary space allows, Therapy Cards can be used to do extra sessions in addition to regular sessions each week. Sessions can be taken from your existing card total, or purchased separately. These extra sessions, once booked, are treated as a fixed part of the card with the Therapy Card's expiry date adjusted accordingly and cannot be altered. Any extra sessions can be converted to compSS if needed up to a maximum of 2 sessions per card. Be sure of your full commitment to extra sessions before booking.
Discounts: Therapy card holders get £20 off each hour of Supplementary Support (plus £5 for Paypal fees), £20 off extra sessions taken the same week and based on at the full standard published fee (plus £5 for Paypal fees), and £10 off each hour of Written Work (not including subject access requests) with new Therapy Cards as priced above. Discounts do not apply to old Therapy Cards or Therapy Cards purchased at the 2021-22 fee tariff. SS is issued as compSS and expires at the end of each card. Written work must be commissioned whilst the card is valid.
Refunds:Therapy Card refunds are calculated on the number of sessions used at the standard published session fee rate for electronic payments deducted from the original cost of the card within the expiry date. From this refundable amount is deducted any used, transferred or converted Supplementary Support, which is non-refundable, any free Therapy Journals, plus 10% or one session fee (20% or two session fees in the case of abandonment refunds). More than 48 hours notice is required before a session for refunds. Any bank, Paypal and international transfer fees arealso deductible from refunds.
£20 Off Therapy Cards are non-refundable after first use but, if unused, can be used to pay for four therapy sessions if you change your mind about continuing
*Alternative Payment Methods: Bitcoin and Precious Metals etc may be accepted payments for Therapy Cards and are non-refundable. Your payment is based on a minimum purchase of ten sessions charged at a discounted fee of around £62-64 per session for individuals. Please enquire for a firm quote if interested.
Free Therapy Journals are available whilst stocks last and are free with new, first-time purchases of any Therapy Card. Two journals are supplied for first-time Couples Therapy Cards.
