Psychotherapy and Analysis In-Person and Online
existential-analysis.com* is a psychotherapy practice located in Glasgow, UK that can address the full spectrum of simple to complex mental, emotional, relationship, psychiatric, and existential problems. This is a depth approach to psychotherapy. Namely, it is analytical, somatic (body-focussed), ‘trauma-informed’, and experiential rather than simply focussed on talking. This multi-faceted approach relies upon building strong collaboration and trust within the therapeutic relationship, through truthfulness, transparency, and plain speaking between patient and therapist. Whilst short-term counselling, and symptom-management approaches are also available in this practice, medium- to longer-term depth psychotherapy acknowledges that we cannot simply talk our way out of our suffering. Psychotherapy can help you identify and resolve the original, root causes of your struggles, which often lie forgotten in our early social conditioning, routine mistreatment, in our fears and traumas from as early as infancy, and that appear as problematic symptoms, internal conflicts, and suffering in adulthood. Existential Analysis encompasses the childhood, family, workplace, social, political, economic, lifestyle, environmental, physiological, and spiritual contexts that produce our emotional and mental disturbance and suffering.
☞ Individuals, couples and groups can receive skilled, experienced, professional help and support in-person, or online via high-quality video conferencing wherever you live in the world.
