Please note that booking an appointment via this page does not imply that you will be automatically offered a regular weekly space. Your needs, history, circumstances, and availability must be assessed before a weekly space can be offered. Please read the GUIDE page of this website to familiarise yourself with how this practice works before booking.

To preserve privacy and confidentiality please do not use workplace Paypal accounts, work phone numbers, or workplace email addresses for making psychotherapy appointments.

♻️ REFUNDS:
Cancelled Introductory Meetings, follow-up sessions, and Assessment appointments may be refunded by 50%, minus Paypal transaction fees, with more than 48 hours notice before appointment.
Automatic refunds: Appointments prepaid without booking information are refunded automatically, minus Paypal transaction fees. Other reasons include payments made in error or sent using another person’s email or Paypal account or personal details, and attempted misuse of the service, including by deception, coercion, or dishonesty.

✂️ DISCOUNTED SESSIONS:
Appointments due today may be discounted and can be booked up to 2 hours before their start time. They rely upon you checking your email and spam folder regularly to avoid missing the attendance email sent to you. Please ensure that you are fully prepared to attend at short notice. These appointments cannot be swapped with existing bookings.

Electronic devices such as phones, smart watches, tablets, smart glasses, etc are not permitted in meetings under any circumstances in order to prevent distraction, and to protect our privacy and confidentiality.

♿️ ATTENDING IN-PERSON:
Unfortunately there is no disabled access for in-person attendance. Please consider online work.
Please dress appropriately for attending a professional appointment e.g. no soiled work or exercise clothing.

Please take responsibility for your emails to ensure that appointment offers are not filtered to your spam or junk folder. Appointments missed due to spam-filtered emails are not refunded. You are asked to acknowledge emails sent to you to avoid problems with lost emails.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE that this practice operates a zero tolerance policy towards any form of disrespect, coercion, dishonesty, harassment, or hostility of any kind. Effective psychotherapy work is built upon trust in order to be strongly collaborative from the start and throughout the work. And any form of behaviour from a patient that undermines trust, however subtle, erodes our efforts to work together effectively.
