Introductory Meetings & Follow-Up Sessions
A 50 minute meeting allows us to discuss your concerns, hopes and needs, to talk about your circumstances and perspective, and to consider what might help you achieve your aims.

Single Sessions
Please use the booking options above to book an Introductory Meeting or follow-up session for one person.
Regular Sessions
If we have met before, and you would like to return for assessment, review, or further work, please email me with your availability and what kind of work you would like to organise.

An Introductory Meeting is not an automatic entry point into ongoing psychotherapy.
If it looks like further work may be useful and desirable, we can discuss whether brief or in-depth assessment is appropriate. Assessment is used to understand more fully what is happening, what may be contributing to your difficulties, what you hope to change, and what form of help is likely to be most helpful.
After assessment, if psychotherapy is agreed, we start with a six-week trial period. This provides an opportunity for both patient and psychotherapist to assess whether the work is fruitful and sufficiently collaborative.

A 50% refund applies to appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. PayPal transaction fees are not refundable.
Appointments missed because an email was filtered into spam or because you supplied an incorrect email address are not refundable.
If an appointment you accept as accurate contains a typing error that causes you to miss the session, a credit of up to 50% may be offered.

Occasionally, appointments available later the same day are offered at a reduced rate.
These appointments can normally be booked up to two hours before the appointment time.
Same-day appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have sent a prepayment but have not received your appointment information within 24 hours, please first check your spam or junk folder.
If the information is still missing, please contact me via the email address in your Paypal receipt and provide the name and email address you used when booking.
If your payment is delayed for any reason, any requested appointment cannot normally be held in reserve for you.
