⚠️ REFUNDS: Introductory Meetings may be refunded by 50%, minus £5, with more than 48 hours notice before appointment. Waiting List deposits are non-refundable.
☞ Automatic refunds: All automatic refunds are sent via Paypal minus £5 to cover Paypal’s non-refundable processing fees. Due to Paypal’s e-cheque system, this can take up to 14 days. Reasons for automatic refunds include: payments made in error or made or sent using another person’s email or Paypal account or personal details.

☞ If you have already attended an Introductory Meeting and we have agreed that assessment or psychotherapy may be viable for you, you are welcome to join the WAITING LIST if there are no suitable spaces available at the moment. Attendance is weekly for both assessment and psychotherapy. Waiting times vary, depending upon your availability. Waiting list numbers are always kept low in an effort to prevent long waiting times.
